Busseys has for several years successfully supported the Modern Apprentice Scheme across a range of disciplines. This has resulted in many young people achieving a nationally recognised qualification, which, in turn, has lead to permanent employment and a promising career with the Company. This has been achieved in a variety of roles, such as technician, parts advisor, customer service advisor, paintsprayer, administrator.
If you are interested in becoming a Technician within the motor industry based at our Norwich site, and are prepared to commit to a substantial programme of training of up to 4 years, then we would like to hear from you.
To be eligible for consideration, you must have a minimum of C Grade GCSE in English and Maths, and have a genuine interest in the industry. You must also be prepared to attend College at Ford’s Technical Training Centre which will require travel and nights away from home.
