Modern Apprentice Scheme

 We are looking for people with drive, determination and commitment to undertake a programme of training leading to an Apprenticeship Qualification and a permanent position within our dealership in Norwich.

The programme will be coordinated by our manufacturer, Ford Motor Company, and their training provider, Skillnet.  It will involve in-house training and assessment, attendance from time to time at one of Ford’s Approved Colleges, and a range of projects, assignments and portfolio development.

On successful completion, candidates will have achieved an NVQ Level 2, a Technical Certificate at Level 2, and Key Skills in Information Technology, Application of Number and Communication.

This is a rare opportunity for which we expect a substantial amount of interest, and therefore the application and selection process will be detailed and rigorous.  To be considered you must have:

• A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above which must include English and Maths
• Previous experience in a retail / customer facing  environment
• A genuine interest in the motor industry

A training wage will be paid during the 2 to 3 year training period which will be in line with the National Joint Council rates for Apprentices and/or National Minimum Wage (dependent on age of trainee).
