The main duties of the role will be:

To utilise the company database to obtain the up to date status of the customer’s vehicle.

To make outbound calls to our customers confirming service and MOT bookings
-
To advise the customer of any additional work that might be due on the vehicle
-
To update our company database with details of the outcome of the customer contact
You will need
-
Sound administration skills
-
To be computer literate - as well as normal Microsoft applications, you will need to access our Kerridge Dealer Management system (for which training will be given)
-
A good telephone manner (ideally with previous experience in a telesales or similar position)
